The point I'm trying to make is that I leave both good and bad reviews, depending on the companies deserving them. KD Web justify a full 5 stars, and here's why:

I started using KD WEB in February 2016 when I felt our company were becoming too demanding for our smaller SEO company. We were in desperate need of more leads to feed my growing company and its growing overheads. To say the least, I was under pressure and very stressed at the time, as we had just moved to much larger depots and our overheads were rising and our turnover needed to continue to rise at the same time. During this stressful time, I met with Don, who is the CEO of the company. After consultation on PPC and SEO, they re-built us our own PPC campaign first, as it was going to take a few months to see an improvement from their SEO work, so we needed a quick fix. I was already aware of delays with possible SEO results due to previous experiences, however most other companies take your money for three months and you never see a proper improvement. With KD Web after 3 months for SEO we were in the top of Google for things like 'Removals to Spain' and other phrases.

The PPC improvement has also been amazing, reducing my cost per lead to around half of what it was before and getting nearly double the leads on a daily basis. For proof, here is my improvement on leads: in 2015, before KDWEB with my old SEO company, we had 6,252 leads. By 2016 when KD Web took over, we had 9,224 leads. Now in 2017, this is already higher than the same period last year and the number just keeps growing and growing with KD Web managing it all.

The numbers speak for themselves and have been a game changer for our company. The only fear I have is that a competitor gets hold of KD WEB to help them too, but I have already been assured that they wouldn't work for another removals company, so no conflict of interest. Dexapoint DWC-LLC engaged Katie and her team in Q4 2016 for the purpose of redesigning and rebuilding the Dexapoint Group website, promoting the company's activities within both the Energy and Fiduciary Services sectors. Over the course of the period, KD Web was assigned to gather requirements, to do architecture and design and ultimately implement the website.

The fields in which we operate and the nature of our activities are particularly specialised therefore attention to detail for us was of critical importance; KDWeb undertook a thorough analysis of the brief they were given, our business as a whole, our previous website and those of similar entities operating within similar sectors and have delivered with flawless efficiency and in many instances, ahead of schedule, with a clear understanding of who we are and the complexity of our multi-jurisdictional operations - a critical factor in what would ultimately be reflected in their work.

The team are clearly highly skilled web architects and developers with a positive, energetic attitude and an excellent work ethic; their high quality work was initially reflected within the intricacy and accuracy of the feedback we were given post brief and prior / throughout the build, with the openness and transparency of their work greatly contributing to the ease of transition from previous providers where we had faced somewhat time consuming and costly stumbling blocks.
